NOTE: Debt to Income is not 30% if you count Spouse Income Withdrew last listing to give 10% instead of 8% ABOUT ME: My Husband and I have been married for 3 years next month. We have a beautiful 7 month old son that we adore and is our life. We live in a nice town home in a little community that we have enjoyed for the last year. My husband drives truck for FedEx Ground long hall so our debt to income is really not 30%... It would be with just my paycheck. I couldn't find what I do for a living when I set up the account, but I worked in the same company as an accounting clerk so that's why I put an accountant as what I do for a living. I was promoted a while back to Project Coordinator in my company, so that's what I really do. CREDIT: As you can see I have great credit so not much to explain there. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: Next month is our wedding anniversary and we want to do something special. We also want to be able to use loans from prosper in the future for Real Estate deals that my husband does, and want to build trust with the prosper lenders. So we thought that this would be a good way to start testing the waters for both the lenders and us. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: I Net about $1,400 a month Spouse's Income: NET $2,885 Total monthly family Income: $4285 Mortgage/Rent: $985 Phone: $125 Electricity & Gas: $150 Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $325 for the loan and about $100 for gas. Food: $200 Car Insurance: $130 for the two cars (we have one that we own). Cable/Internet: $0 ( We don't watch TV and my company pays for our internet) Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $100 includes food, close, diapers, etc. Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $1400 R.C. Willy Loan... Min. Payment is $15 $6,000 or less is our total combined school loans... Min. Combined Payment is $100 Other: Monthly Fun Money: $100, Life Insurance: It's less than $135, but it's close to that. Total Monthly Expenses: $2465 I will have $1,820 left over every month to make the payments on my Prosper loan. NOTE TO LENDERS: We have over $2,000 in our savings account and though we have a $6,000 school loan, we haven?t used about $3,000 of it. That sits in a separate savings account. The Prosper loan will be paid every month without fail. The Prosper loan will not be paid off before 5 months. |
