Hello! My name is Ericka and I am 28 years old and have worked for the same state agency for 7 years as of next month. I recently earned my MBA from the University of Illinois and was also recently remarried with two wonderful children. My husband and I are taking the steps to build a strong financial future for ourselves (to buy a home in three years) and for our children. This listing is to pay off some high rate credit cards that I have. The debt was accumulated on the CC's due to my first husband abruptly leaving me. I suddenly found myself with a young child and only one income. I refused to give up my schooling or borrow from my parents so I relied on the cards. I have never been delinquent on the cards but paying the minimum over the years has not gotten me too far. I also noticed that I am showing six delinquents that total $447, I pulled my credit report and these are all very small medical bills from years ago (I can email that proof if necessary).

Here are my financials:

Gross Pay $3269 monthly
Take Home Pay $2428.08 (after federal/state tax, FICA, 401K, health insurance, union dues)

Car                  $657
Car ins                75
Food                  250
Phone/Internet    200
CC payments     422 (will be 283 after Prosper Loan)
utilities               150
misc                  200

Left Over  $474.08

Prosper Loan will Pay Off:

Aspire Visa $2280 (APR 29.99%) Min Pay 68
Dell Financial $643 (APR 30.55%) Min Pay 22
Household Bank $230 (APR 27.99%) Min Pay 15
HSBC $925 (APR 25.15%) Min Pay 15
Fashion Bug $372 (APR 24%)  Min Pay 20
Delinquent Hospital Bills on Credit Report $447

My husband brings home $394 each week as well (will verify if needed) and he pays for clothing, entertainment, and half the car payment (I still wanted to list the full amount under my expenses because it is in my name).  No daycare - in-laws/parents are retired and watch DD, DS is in Pre-K. No rent at this time, we stay in my fathers investment/rental homes and renovate for him to sell/rent.

Thank you very much for your interest and please do not let my HR rating prevent you from bidding, my income and payment history is very stable. God Bless!
