I
have some expenses coming up for our wedding in September. I also need
a little extra cash flow now to support my rental town house
renovations. The goal of this loan is to give my self a little
breathing room with out having to put my short term expenses on a
credit card or stop my long term savings. Short term needs include $2000 for renovation materials and $2000 for wedding expenses. My monthly finances are as follows: Net Income: $4,584 Rental Income: $950 Primary Home Mortgage: $950 Rental Mortgage: $650 Rental Expenses: $100 Food: $500 Misc: $500 Car Payment: $385 Car Insurance: $150 Long Term Savings: $1000 Soon to have prosper loan: $160 That leaves me with $1,139 left over. I also contribute $1,248 per month pre tax into my 401k. This money is not included in my net pay. My primary income is from my job as a Solutions Architect for a bank in Delaware. I've been at this job since 2000. The long term savings line item includes $200 a month of investing into prosper. I am a strong believer in the prosper community and currently in the process of adding this to my investment portfolio. This includes adding my own money in every month. Thank you for your time and consideration. |
