First, a little about myself. My name is Robert, I'm a 25 year old, married, father of two. I live in a small town in the central valley of California, Originally from the San Fernando Valley. I work in oil field construction and have been for almost 4 years.

The reason I'm seeking this loan, is because we, my wife and I, would like to pay off our credit cards and a few other bills. Last year my pay schedule changed, and our bills were late. We were hit with so many fees at once, we couldn?t catch up. Our credit scores have suffered because of this. Our budget is as follows:

I get paid twice a month, sometimes 3 times, and our bills are divided up each month to each check. First half goes to:

Average Check Every two weeks after taxes : 1130 - 1200. Varies with overtime.

Rent :                200.00
Car payment :    161.24
Credit Card 1 :     45.00
Credit card 2 :     30.00
Cell phone :        65.00-100
Dell :                   65.00
Direct TV :          71.17
Insurance :          94.00
Family Needs      150 -300 avg.

Second half goes to:

Rent :                  200.00
Car payment :      161.24
Credit Card 1 :        55.00
Credit Card 3&4 :    40.00
City bill :                70-140
Alhambra water :    24.00Avg.
Credit Cards 5&6  : 40.00
At&T :                    20.00 Avg.
Insurance :             94.00
Family needs:       150-300 Avg.

By having this budget, we aren't slammed with high amounts each payday. Our highest monthly bills are divided with each check, and everything gets paid on time. Our credit cards and other bills we plan to pay off add up to $361 a month. By getting this loan, we would be grouping all of those bills into this one payment, and saving ourselves well over a hundred dollars a month as well. We would Have the money to pay back the loan, and that extra hundred and some dollars to pay more towards other bills, or family needs if required. We have this same budget every month, and do not plan on adding anything else.

The loan we are seeking will go to:

Capital one Credit Cards : 1200.00
Dell Credit Card :             1600.00
Orchard Cards :                 600.00
Insurance :                     1200.00
Providian Card :               400.00

By paying these amounts, 6 of our credit cards would be paid off completely. Only the providian card wouldn?t be paid in full, but we would also be able to pay more to it with our monthly bill cost cut down.

The providian was a DQ on my record, but just this past week we have got it caught up. The other DQ is a medical bill, which I was told I would get a statement by next week. That DQ should
