Hi my name is Bernard. I came across PROSPER on the search engine when one of its members posted its website. I am looking for a loan to pay off 2 of my 4 credit cards with total balance of $9600. I did some home improvements almost a year ago and fell into this sales pitch of 4% interest on purchases for the next 6 months. I never missed any payments and in fact pay more than the minimum amount required. I called the financial intitutions to re-negotiate the interest rate but they won't go low until after another 12 months. I guess my best alternative is to pay off those 2 cards by making a loan at a much lower interest rate and Prosper seems to be the most logical way to do it. I will be more than grateful if this loan can be funded.
