My Goal is to buy a home this year!! I started out Sept 05 getting my credit together and we are on our way. Thing?s have truly changed over the last two years and we are reaping the harvest that God promised us. In 02 I was forced to choose between taking care of my son and paying my credit card bills. It wasn?t a difficult choice but those choices play a big part of our life now. I can get approved for a mortgage now but why get in the house at a higher rate and risk losing it 6 months from now? My past credit mistakes occurred because I was young and immature but there is something about being responsible for someone else?s well being that changes your life around. I would like to borrow a loan to pay off two charge off?s. It will help me make right what I did wrong in the past but it would also boost my credit score. The reporting of the Prosper loan as a positive acct is an added bonus as well. Pls note that the acct that is listed as Delinquent is one the chrg off?s from 02 that I would like to pay off. They have started reporting on a regular basis which continues to bring my score down & I haven't been late on any account since 05 HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $ 2384 a month Total monthly family Income $ 2,964 (includes child support) Rent$ 805 Phone$ 58.00 Electricity: $45 Gas for car $40 Car Insurance: $ 155 Cable/Internet : $120 Daycare: $540 (my son will start kindergarten this year and after care will be $220 a month) Credit cards that will not be paid with prosper loan - $99 (roughly) Dell Financial $34 School loan $25 Car Note $299 Grocery: $ 360 monthly Acct not reporting on CR - $125 Blockbuster online acct $19.76 (son?s movies) Monthly entertainment varies ? toys, Chuck E.
