I am seeking 10k to become debt free (minus mortgage) in the next 18 months. I have CC debt at high interest rates that is keeping me from achieving my financial goals. It is the only debt I have besides my mortgage.I have reached out to traditional banking methods only to reach road blocks because of the very reasons I desire to consolidate my CC debt with fair and reasonable terms. I am a responsible adult with a strong work history, I have worked for the same company for the last 6 years. I earn above average income but, paying high interest rates on high balances is a horrible use of my income. I am tired of working hard, being consistent and timely and not improving my debt position. I accept full responsibility for the current financial position I am in but, it absolutely must change.I have financial goals that I am not meeting because of the strain on my cash flow from the CC debts. My intention is to consolidate my CC debt ( 2 accounts with a 7k and 3k outstanding balance respectively) with prosper.com and aggressively payback my loan in 18 months. I appreciate the opportunity that prosper provides and I look forward to achieving personal financial goals with the help of prosper and its lenders.
