Hello, Thank you for looking at my page. My name is Casey and I am new to this site and I look forward to proveing to be a reliable and credible member of my group. I am a Special Inspector and have been for almost 2 years now. I love my job and plan on doing it for the rest of my working life. Last year I made the most money I have ever made and luckily it should keep getting better and better. My only problem is when tax time came this year I got slapped with a 6000 dollar bill to Uncle Sam because it didn't cross my mind that since I was making more money I needed to change what I claim on my taxes. This is hard lesson to learn, trust me!

My credit score is not very good because when I was in my early 20's I ran up my credit cards and I've been slowly paying them off ever since. If you look at my credit report I don't have any late payments or missed payments. The only reason why my score is high is because of what I owe. I'm trying extremely hard to get my credit score raised and my debt gone. I'm hopeing some of you will believe in me here and give me the opportunity to prove my reliability and trust. Getting my bills paid on time no matter what is extremely important to me as my credit will show.

I was a co-signer for my Fiancee's car about a year and a half ago and now that car is for sale and will be off my credit soon. That is about $4500 dollars that will help out my Debt to Income Ratio. I also have a very nice truck that I have for sale because I need the money to pay Uncle Sam and I also realized that I don't really need this vehicle especially when I have a company truck to drive during the week for work and the payment for the truck has got to go to improve my credit and DTI ratio. That is about $22,000 that will be leaving my credit any day now. That payment is 594.00 a month and that is where I will get my money to pay back my Prosper loan.

My Fiancee is self employed and brings home approximatly $35,000 to 40,000 a year and myself last year I made $72,000. Our rent is $800 a month

Cell phone (needed for fiancee's business) 300 a month

PGand E about $200 a month

Car insurance is $700 for 6 months (will be lowering when I sell my truck)

Truck Payment is $594 (but will be going away very soon)

Fiancees car payment is $194 a month

My credit cards approximatly 1100 a month

I have added up all our monthly bills, (Mine and Fiancees) and have come up with just over 3000 a month. That is including my 594 dollar a month truck payment that I will be getting ride of. Take a look maybe your interested in my truck!

I bring home anywhere from $3000 to $4500 a month (after taxes) and my Fiancee brings home anywhere from $3000 to $4000 a month. That is at least double what our minimum payments are (including the 594 truck payment that will be leaving)Even without selling the truck I have enough money to pay the monthly bill. I just need this large amount of money all at once for good ole Uncle Sam.

Thank you for taking the time to read my info and I hope you will trust me because I will make 100% sure that you get your money every month, no doubt about it.

Casey
