I hope things are going well for you. I would like to first thank you for taking the time to look at my loan listing. As you can see, I have excellent credit and own a home. In addition to my personal information, I currently own and operate 2 separate businesses. I have been lending with Prosper for almost 1 year and I recently created my own group, Home Security Financial. I am interested in borrowing the money to reinvest it back into Prosper at a higher rate. I plan to continue re-investing in Prosper without taking any profits in order to grow my investment portfolio. Prior to entering my information into Prosper, my debt ratio was 19%, however, after the $7,500 is accounted for, my debt ration increased to 25%. My monthly payment will be approximately $250, and will not be any problem, even if my Prosper investment doesn?t work out. I own 2 businesses outside of my Prosper Investment. One business is a family business that I am President and CEO. The other business is a property management company that I started in 2000 and currently holds a real estate investment of approximately $1,500,000.
