Who? I am new to Prosper, actually heard about it on an evening news show and went to take a look. We are immigrants to the USA from Canada. We are entrepreneurs. We have a well established branding business, Creed Strategic Imaging (www.strategicimagigng.com) that builds brands for fortune 500 companies or companies so small you need a seance to find them. We also are building our own operating business called SweetSpot Labs (www.sweetspotlabs.com) that is looking to re-invent the world of feminine Hygiene as a beauty product for today?s modern women. We have 4 adult children. We are passionate about technology and all the internet world has to offer. Why? With all that said we know 1st hand the need for credit and the ability to borrow at fare rates. Prosper.com could be that vehicle that changes the world of borrowing/lending like eBay changed the world of shopping and we would like to see how we can be part of this new business opportunity. Why Such a High Interest Rate? To be seen. This is now my 2nd listing and I started at my target rate which is 10%. On eBay when you start your sale at $0.01 your item get's reviewed and the bidding starts. I am sure prosper works the same way accept investors are looking for the highest return so this time I am starting at a rate that people will read this offer. The breakeven on this venture will be less then 20%. I do feel that the prosper.com community will settle to the right rate. How? We have invested $2,500 into the prosper community thus far. Currently $2,300 has been allocated to the lending community. $200 has been left in cash to cover our bad debts from our existing loans. This loan, $5,000, will be re-invested into the prosper community actually, $4,500 will be re-invested the balance will be left as cash in our account. Hopefully this loan will fund at -20% or less. So we will have now invested $6,750 into Prosper.com @ and average loan rate of 15%. Annual Loan revenue: 1012 Borrowing Costs: $1000 Profit: $12 As we are re-investing into Proser.com this IS only looks at interest Is this loan secure? Yes! Cash flow will be funded by Prosper.com lending. A cash reserve is set up for bad debts. Our personal finances is for all other concerns. Give Back!
