7 years ago I had a co-worker pull my chair out from under me. I had to have bone fusion surgery. Due to the lack of activity I have had RA set in and now I am on total disability. I was in a wheelchair for 8 months, thanks to prayer and determination I walk on my own . I had worked since I was 11 years old. I have never believed in getting anything you don't earn. I could have taken legal action against the man who caused my injury and ruined his life financially but I could not bring myself to do that to another person. I worked hard all my life when the accident happen and I was unable to work any longer it was hard for me to accept. Because of the accident I couldn?t work and didn?t get enough pay for a couple years to keep up. I now am on disability, my pay of $3624 monthly is guaranteed until I'm 65 and my employer is paying me and my spouses health insurance until I?m 65.You can see by my debt ratio I'm really trying, I have paid off many of the debts that piled up when I wasn?t receiving enough pay. I have not taken on new debt as I don't want anymore debt than needed. With this loan, I want to pay off all my credit cards, some outstanding medical bills. I want to bring my rating to an A, I know it will take time but I want to get back there. I have over 25 years of management experience. My husband and I started a business when I was 21, three years later we sold it for a profit and the business is still open and thriving to this day. I had worked for a large retail chain from 1989 until the time of my accident in 2000. My career as district leader of the year. I?m very goal oriented, when I set a goal, I go to the extreme to make sure it happens. My income: $3624 Spouses income: $3255 plus unverifiable business income. After all of our bills we now have an extra $3024 per month. More than enough to make the prosper payment. I currently put extra into a retirement account and our savings. As a police officer my husband was able to get some of his retirement at the age of 50. The items showing DLQ are some medical bills, half of them have now been paid off, I?m working on the other half. I?m not delinquent on anything currently and haven?t been for over 2 years. I stayed current on almost all my installment loans even during my financial crisis. The medical bills really hurt. I just paid $1200 toward my credit cards so that balance is lower now. Thank you for your consideration. I will pay every payment on this loan on time, as my income is secure for 22 more years. My husband holds an elected office and no matter what his income is guaranteed for another 3 years. Even without his income from his job, we would have enough money with my income and his retirement to pay all of our bills. Thank you, Sherri |
