To Whom this may concern: I am a middle aged, divorced woman, mother and grandmother. I have a very secure job and have always prided myself with my good credit.

The last 11 years since divorce, I finally surrendered to bankruptcy and filed in November 2004 which was released in March 2005. There was joint debt I was stuck with and I fell into an oppressed real estate market along with that. I had my home on the market from March 2004-April 2006 in a small community with 100 on the market. In April of 2006 I deeded the house back to Countrywide (deed in lieu of foreclosure).

I never included the second mortgage in the bankruptcy because I never dreamed I would not sell the house. I had moved closer to my job and was making two payments, a mortgage and rent.

Regarding my current situation, here is my current budget. My gross is $3260 a month with a $2200 take home net. I work a part time job and get paid biweekly and that check is usually around $160 every two weeks.  I have worked at my 1st job since September 2000 and my second job to get a handle on my situation since September 2006.

Total Net Income: $2520

My monthly expenses are as follows:
$650 Rent
$130 Utilities
$150 Cable/phones/internet
$125 Car Payment
$125 Insurance & gas
$250 Groceries & household spending
$ 62 Parking
$ 60 Medical
$100 Entertainment
$ 15 Express $186.64 9%
$ 20 Von Maur $289 Interest Free
$225 Credit Union loan $11,241 balance
$247 Prosper Loan

Total w/ Prosper loan: $2155
Total remaining for savings & paying additional toward debt $365

Accounts I?m paying on now but would like to consolidate w/ Prosper:
Stage $116.40 18%
HSBC $275.21 20%
American Express $286 20%
Dell $751 30%
Gap $101 18%
Capital One $542 20%
Target $186 18%
Dentist $668.80
Eyecare bill $99
Cash Advances $2200

There was showing a delinquent amount of $231.00 that was for Alliant Energy when I moved that has been taken care of and paid off.

I am committed to this hard journey in my life at present and want to thank you in advance for your consideration, Best regards, Pearl1
