Dear Fellow Prosper users, Updates: I have verified my bank account with prosper and started lending to prosper borrowers. My Experian report now seems to be 100% accurate. Picture 2 & 3: Is live trading results I had from 2/16/076 to 3/7/07. I stopped there because I?m changing brokers. Picture 4: Is the graph only from the same live account showing growth from $4,753 to between $10,077 - $11,407. My GL can confirm this because I sent her a copy of the statement. (If you want me to email you copy of statement please ask) My current monthly budget/Income: Part-time income: $500 - $1,000.00 since June 05 (Verifiable) Business $1,000 to $1,300 since May 06. *Investment $5,700.00 to $6,100.00 Total $7,200.00 to $8,400.00 Total current monthly expenses: $6,370 Remaining income $830.00 to $2,030.00 MY DTI: In accordance with Prosper rules I can not verify the majority of my income due to it only being confirmed by bank deposits and it is from overseas sources. That is why it is so high. My current GL has verified my income by viewing my bank statements. What I want my loan for: $10,200.00 Forex investment capital. $4,000.00 Pay off last DQ. $2,100 reserve pay 1st 3 prosper payments and loan fee's. (Allows 3 months of compounding and growth.)* Total $16,300.00 Estimated budget after receiving prosper loan: + $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 (Conservatively stated expected addition income from trading, first year.) + $52.00 to $79.75 (Expected monthly prosper lending income, first year. Includes compounding earnings) - $600.00 to $610.00 (Expected prosper payment.) + $452.00 to $669.75 (Additional cash flow after granted Prosper loan.) How I expect to re-pay my loan. If by some slim chance my disposable income does not increase by $552.00 to $779.75 then I still have my other income, which will cover my monthly prosper payments. My Credit: I have been working with a new GL whom has been very supportive and helped me to improve my credit from the old system E rating to now a new system A rating, in less then 3 months. I can not say my GL can help everyone do this but she was able to help me because of my circumstances. My credit rating is only going to get better from this point forward because I pay all my bills on time and have for the last two years. I?ve completed the process of working with Experian to properly report all my current and past credit accounts. I have one remaining DQ.
