I am re-listing an ad that I put on Prosper before and although I did receive a lot of bids, I didn?t reach the loan amount I was asking for. This time I am asking for less in hopes that I will reach the goal. What do I need the money for? A down payment in order to help my parents purchase a home for themselves and the rest of the money I would like to pay off high interest credit cards. My family and I have had some rough times lately and it looks like things are starting to get better, but I still need a little help to get there. My parents have helped me in every aspects of my life and I feel that it is my turn to do something for them. I would also love to save some money on my credit cards and get them out of the way. A little bit about myself: I am married, no children, own a home (mortgage of course) and own a few vehicles (loan free). I have been an office manager for over 5 years and gross roughly $40K a year. My husband is a computer System Analyst for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in Greenwhich, CT and makes about $70K a year. Together we make good money and can pay this loan with no problem. I have a good credit score as you can see and a low DTI. I can't do much about the interest rate as it is the highest permitted for my state. The 1 delinquency that is showing on my credit report is not correct and being disputed with Experian credit. The other past delinquencies are very old and have all been settled and paid. I am never late on any of my bills. I plan on paying this loan back in less than 3 years. I can provide any financial information you need.
