Thank you for your interest. I am an active duty Coast Guard Officer with good credit. In the last year I have funded a masters degree at a private university and spent the most of the rest of my life savings on a major refurbishing project on my 750K Washington D.C. row house so I could get renters. Good news is that I got the degree and the renters (two other Coast Guard officers) so my cash flow is good. Problem is I am getting married in a month and my fiance and I really underestimated our short-term expenses. My fiance just moved here and got a good paying job at a private firm (she's an attorney) so we will have no problem paying this loan. I tried to fund this loan recently (came up short) but did not include my rental income in my salary so my debt to income ratio has changed for the better. I also increased the interest in hopes to get funded! This loan would really relieve a lot of stress for us. Thanks for your consideration. |
