ABOUT ME:

I am 25 years old and I am a senior corporate tax consultant for Deloitte Tax LLP. I earned a bachelor degree in accounting and a master?s degree in taxation at . I put myself through school, so I have several high-interest debts that I?m working to pay off. I have been with my current employer for over 2 years and although I have already received 3 pay-raises and a promotion, I still need some help to get my debt under control and paid off. I?m determined to get this taken care of as soon as possible because I recently got engaged and am getting married in April of 2008. I will soon have the most amazing wife and step-son, and want to have my finances under control to be able to support them as best I can.

EXPLANATION OF CREDIT DIFFICULTIES AND NEEDS:

I have always taken good care of my finances and have never made a late payment myself. I purchased my first home about a year and a half ago. Looking back, I know I should have paid off my credit cards before purchasing the home because the two together are getting difficult for me to handle. My credit grade is currently A but because of the large amount of debt I have, I?ve had trouble obtaining a loan through conventional methods. I came to Prosper to get my debt under control before it and my credit rating get out of hand. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME:

100% of the loan I receive will go toward paying off various credit card debts that I currently owe. I will have to attack my debt in stages, because the total amount is too large to borrow at one time. My strategy is to attack the largest interest rate cards first and work my way down until everything is paid off. I have stopped using the credit cards and no longer carry them with me.

HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:

Net income after payroll deductions:$3,556.32
Monthly rent from roommate: $600.00
Total monthly income from all sources:$4,156.32

Mortgage (including escrow and insurance): ($1,390.00)
Phone (cell and land-line): ($110.00)
Gas:($30.00)
Electricity & Water:($150.00)
Car Loan: ($384.49)
Food: ($300.00)
Insurance: ($94.00)
Cable/Internet: ($80.00)
Credit cards that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: ($500.00)
Student Loan:($116.00)
Other:($100.00)
Total Monthly Expenses: ($3,254.49)

I will have $901.83 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.

CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, I am very determined to get my finances in order. I am extremely hard working and very good at what I do for a living. I have a lot of opportunity for growth in my career and so with hard work on my part and help from you, I will be able to achieve my financial goals and provide a great life for my new family. I promise you won?t regret taking a chance on me!
