I am requesting a loan for $10,000 to consolidate my high interest credit card debt and fund the start of an eBay business. The breakdown of my loan is as follows: Citi Bank 924 Washington Mutual 3,730 Aqua Finance 4,304 Total credit card debt 8,958 Prosper fees 100 Ebay Start up (camera, fees, inventory) 942 Total Loan Amount 10,000 My total monthly disability and SSI income is $3,245. I receive cost of living increases each January. Current Budget Before Prosper Loan: Mortgage 1,669 HOA Fees 51 Credits Cards 227 Car Loan 224 Personal Loan 130 Life Insurance 35 Auto Insurance (650 bi-annually) 109 Internet/Phone/Cable/Cell 204 Gas/Water/Electric 155 Incidentals 295 Total 3,099 Excess 146 Budget After Prosper Loan: Mortgage 1,669 HOA Fees 51 Prosper Loan 365 Car Loan 224 Personal Loan 130 Life Insurance 35 Auto Insurance (650 bi-annually) 109 Internet/Phone/Cable/Cell 204 Gas/Water/Electric 155 Incidentals 295 Total 3,237 Excess 8 I will pay out more, but it still fits well within my budget and allows me to start my eBay business now. It also allows me to pay off my credit card debt in three years. My Prosper credit profile reads that I have 8/8 open credit accounts. It should be 7/8. The extra one is the totaled vehicle from a car accident in December, which the insurance just paid off. Additionally, you will see 9 inquiries over the last 6-months. I was considering refinancing my home. I checked with several mortgage lenders over the last several months searching for my best option. I was then involved in an auto accident and I chose not to refinance at this time. I felt that it would be in my best interest to put forth some patience and accrue more equity. If you would like to do view a vetting report my group leader has put one together and submitted it on the ?review my listings? forum (http://forums.prosper.com/index.php?showtopic=20944). If you have any questions of me, please ask. Thank you for taking the time to review my listing. Laura McCormick |
