I will pay out more, but it still fits well within my budget and allows me to start my eBay business now.  It also allows me to pay off my credit card debt in three years.

My Prosper credit profile reads that I have 8/8 open credit accounts.  It should be 7/8.  The extra one is the totaled vehicle from a car accident in December, which the insurance just paid off.  Additionally, you will see 9 inquiries over the last 6-months.  I was considering refinancing my home.  I checked with several mortgage lenders over the last several months searching for my best option.  I was then involved in an auto accident and I chose not to refinance at this time.  I felt that it would be in my best interest to put forth some patience and accrue more equity.

If you would like to do view a vetting report my group leader has put one together and submitted it on the ?review my listings? forum (http://forums.prosper.com/index.php?showtopic=20944).  If you have any questions of me, please ask.  Thank you for taking the time to review my listing.
