Hi,Thank you for reading our listing.

We are requesting this loan to help pay for summer school.  We just got our financial aid awards and we did not get as much as anticipated for our summer classes.

Our income of $120,000  is provable if anybody would like to see documentation.  And any other info in my listing is provable too.

We are a family of 4 with 2 small children ages 9 and 2.5.DH and I have been married for almost 10 years

CB UN = LeanneintexasWe have been on the path to rebuilding our credit.

Our problems started with a major escrow shortage on our mortgage which resulted in an increase of payment by double.  This all happened at the time I was on extended disability due to pregnancy complications with my second child.  It was tough times but we did everything in our power to save our house.  We completed our forebearance on our mortgage 2 months ago and just closed on VA streamline Refinace at 5.78% (down from 8.75).  Saving us $400 month! yeah!

We have been able to obtain 4 new lines of revolving credit (only owe 1700 on credit cards) and 1 installment loan and 1 Auto Loan.  The mortgage really messed up our credit.  We are still dealing with a couple of chargeoffs and some medical collections from the birth of my son couple years ago but have paid off $10,000 in medical bills within the last year.  (complications landed me and the baby in the hospital for several weeks)

We both have been with our current employers a long time (me 9 years, DH 4 years). Last year I received a large promotion which increased my salary tremendously which has allowed us to payback alot of our debt within the last year.

We are both in Graduate School getting our MBA's and work full time.  We both just completed our first year and have 1 more to go. I

think we are finally on the road to recovery, rebuilding our credit and actually started saving and contributing to 401K again.  I think everybody deserves a second chance and hope to help out some of my fellow CB's.  The wealth of info I have learned there has been so valuable.
