I first heard about this site months ago but didn't apply for a loan. I wanted to do my research on "best alternative loans" which led me right back to this site. First let me say that this is a great place for people like myself who are getting it back together. My less than sparkling credit history is no one's fault but my own and I take full accountability for this. I do pay my bills on time now and I do not overspend or get myself in over my head. The purpose of finally coming here for a loan is simple, I would like to be a homeowner. I have 3 beautiful daughters (what father doesn't think his girls are beautiful?) that I want to buy a house for. I want to get them a dog to play with and allow them to enjoy better things in life. I have done ok by them so far but becoming a homeowner is the one major thing I want to give to them. Therefore, I have gotten rid of all credit cards and stopped using the accounts. I have cut the cards up and don't accesses them. I know that I could call the banks and get them reissued or other ways but that would defeat the purpose of coming here to get a loan. I want to be a homeowner, period. The accounts are open because with them paid off (hopefully with a loan from here), paying this ONE loan and the credit cards showing "paid as agreed" banks will view me as a worthy home loan applicant. I heard a commerical on the radio about having credit cards in college and using them for a taco dinner and not paying them........Well, it's time to get that 10 year old taco off my back. I didn't have lessons in money management when I was in college so I didn't do well in that department. I have learned and have taken steps to correct that and teach my girls money management ways. My parents tried but I was too young and hard headed, you know the saying "A hard head makes for a soft behind"...It's true in a financial way of speaking. I have made do without credit cards for a long time so I won't miss them, but I am seeking the loan to pay them off in a timely manner. I have figured that the sooner they are zeroed out the better. This sites 3 year repayment plan is great and has very managable monthly payments. I hope the loan will be paid off sooner but the repayment plan in place is outstanding. The plan fits within my budget so there will never be any kind of issues. Well there you have what I seek in a nutshell, I plan to pay off everything (credit cards and the remainder on my Minivan), pay this ONE loan, let my credit score grow hoepfully and attempt to become a homeowner. I would like for everyone who reads this to view it as an investment in 3 girls lives (I know it's an investment for you already but please see this as a bonus). I have a pretty good job that I have been with for 12 years and I have been with my bank for 12 years too. You won't have to worry about any funny business going on, but I'm sure many of you have heard that before. All I can ask is for the assistance of some looking to make a sound, profitable business investment. You won't go wrong, not with this one. I would like to thank you for your time that you spent reading this. To all that choose to invest in me, you have my undying gratitude and appreciation. To everyone, good luck and thanks again for your time.
