Explanation of circumstances: I filed bankruptcy in January 2005 after a long and lengthy undiagnosed medical condition with my daughter. Although a bankruptcy is anywhere from 3-5 years on a repayment plan, I was able to buy out my bankruptcy three months shy of two years. Purpose of Loan: The purpose of this loan is to begin my climb bank into a good credit rating so that in the next three-four years I can purchase another house or rent and have a good, clean record with a good credit rating. Length of Employment: On February 1, 2007, I began my 29th year with the same utility company. Current Debts: 1. Account: 1-731 Amount: $293.32/month 6.75% Car payment Owe: $4,335.38 as of 03/08/07 2. Account: 2-821 Amount $25/pay period 11% Overdraft protection Owe: $499.54 as of 03/08/07 Delinquencies: To my knowledge, since I bought out the bankruptcies 10/16/06, I should not have any delinquencies. I would be very surprised if I did. Present Budget Income: Pay Check: $1906.39 (take home pay every two weeks), or $3,812.76/month Plus $419.00 monthly in child support Expenses: Loan Payments: $50.00 Mortgage: $1,935.01 Utilities (electric & water): $150 average Cable and Internet: $86.00 Car notes: $293.32 Insurance: $62.83/month Credit Card 1: -0- School Loan: -0- Food: $100/week Household/misc: $150.00/week Total Expenses: $3,576.76 Left Over: $655.00 Budget after Prosper Loan: An additional $120/month Money left over: 535.00 I could pay off the overdraft protection if I wanted to; however, my whole purpose is to begin building my credit score back up into the 700?s.
