This loan would go to pay off a bad cashcall loan that I got near the end of last year. The cash call loan payment is $332/mo and is paid over 10 yrs. This loan would nearly be the same exact payment (thus would not add any additional financial burden) but would be paid off in 3 yrs. Probably sooner.
I have a 1st mortgage and a HELOC both with great rates that I do not want to touch (refinance).
I am a Mechanical Engineer in the SF bay area. I am married with two boys. I earn $94,000/yr and my wife earns an additional $40,000/yr. I have been employed at the same company for almost 10 years and am a homeowner. I have a long credit history with no late payments, no defaults or anything negative reported. |
