Thank You for your interest in investing with me. I have been employed with Bank of America for over 10 years. During this time I have invested in real estate and so far things have been going great.Recently I had a tenant skip out on rent and left one of my properties in need of extensive repair. I need to repair damaged sheet rock, new appliances, and to combat having to replace carpet every couple of years, I have decide on solid surface flooring throughout this home. Once the home is rented I will be making $425 positive cash flow a month. I already have renters wanting this home, they are just waiting on my repairs to be completed.
