I want to use this loan to pay off all credit cards, finish paying car off--which only has a balance of about 2000.00 and put a big chunk of it in the bank as well.  I recently purchased a home and in the middle of remodel and intend to flip in 3 to 5 years.  I also have also been a home business owner for 11 years on a part-time basis which also adds commission income. You may check website at: http://1-877-304-4934.com.

I am also looking at purchasing an income property (with a partner -- I was his best man in his wedding) and need to increase my credit score and reduce my debt to income ratio.  I have had some credit problems in the past but have brought my credit score to close to 700 and want to get that even higher so I may increase my assets without having to pay such high interest.  I am a responsible person who holds himself accountable in everything that I do.  I have been sober for close to 15 years and most of the problems I have had were when I was in that lifestyle.

By paying these loans and credit cards off the payment of around $340.00 or so will be very easy to make and, in fact, will probably be paid off early. With this loan my current monthly payments would be well under $2000.00 a month which is very easy to make and would leave a good chunk of income left over in case it is needed.

Car payment is now 330.00 (about 5 payments left) a month and the credit card payment is 200.00 a month (6,000.00). With this loan I can also pay--off some other items with this which will cut save another 100.00 a month or so.  Therefore, with all these items paid (330.00, 200.00 and 100.00 = $650.00) a payment of 350.00 or so would be very easy to make.I will also be getting a roommate, next month, which will cut payments even further and the rent will be $450.00 plus 1/2 of the utilities. I haven't been late any payments for several years and will  do whatever it takes to make sure this practice continues.

Thanks for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you . .
