I am re-listing this loan request for a lower amount with a higher interest rate to close one credit card account.    Please see my description for personal information.

My debt was incurred when my wife and I started a Gallery. I maxed out my credit cards with a plan to pay off the balances within three years.  Unfortunately, the interest rates went up with no explanation, and that extended my pay off schedule.

As far as my income, I am a full time artist.  I have a program set up for my career involving direct sales at Museum marketplaces, exhibits, internet sales and sales through my wife?s gallery in Sedona, AZ.   We have a website for both the gallery and myself, both of which I manage.  This combination provides me with a steady and consistent income.

MONTHLY INCOME - after taxes:          $2,200

HOUSEHOLD BILLS/monthly: Mortgage:                                     $461 Utilities                                          $130
Auto Insurance                              $140 Phone/Internet                               $  80 Food                                              $150
Credit cards                                   $466
(6 cards/$23,800 available credit with a balance of $17,120)

TOTAL            $1,427
(that leaves me with $773.00 a month)

Of the 6 credit cards that I have, I budget myself to pay $705 monthly -- although the minimum payment required is only $466.  The card I wish to pay off with this loan is currently budgeted at $200 per month, that?s about $24 less than what Prospers payment calculation would be, but I am also closing another account that is budgeted at $50 per month.

In summation, my budget would basically remain the same, other than a loss of the two additional years of a $200 a month payment, and the establishment of an installment loan on my credit history is the added benefit.  Thank you for your consideration.
