Recently I learned about your program and hoped that you would consider my request. My husband and I both have steady jobs. I work in hospice and have been in the healthcare field for the past 22 years. My husband is a retired Police Officer and has worked since he retired in 1991...never missed a beat. We have been making payments on an Offer in Compromise for the last 5 yrs with no end in sight, mostly due to the interest and penalties. Because of unexpected expenses we found ourselves in the payday loan trap. With this loan we would be able to pay the Offer in Compromise and payday loans off. Combined Monthly Income (Net) 4852 (Includes monthly Police pension check) Detailed breakdown of monthly expenses: House 640, Car 348, Utilities 396, Insurance 166, IRS 325, Credit Cards 525, Gasoline 261, Payday loans 1500, Food/toiletries/laundry/misc 682 = 4843 Without a Prosper Loan: 4852 ? 4843 = 9 With a Prosper Loan: 4852 ? 3521 (includes Prosper payment) = 1331 I have no doubt the payments to Prosper would be met.
