Hello. I am relisting with a smaller amount and a greater interest rate. Below you will see why I need this loan and how I will be able to pay it back. I hope this will help fund my loan.

My name is John. I live in a northern suburb of Chicago. I have been married for 15 years. We have two wonderful boys, 14 and 5. We own our house and have been here for almost 8 years. I have worked as a journeyman plumber in the union for 10 years though at my current employer I have been there 8 months. I enjoy hanging out with my family, traveling, and SPORTS (especially in Chicago).

I need this loan is to catch up on some late bills. My wife was involved in a auto accident Sept ?04 and just had neck surgery in July ?06. She was getting disability payments, but that ran out in January. We are in the process of going through social security and long term disability insurance to get money, but that takes time. We were told 90-120 days. Also, at my job we were put down to 32 hours a week for a month, but now are back to 40. Since we have had a laps of income we have fallen behind on a few bills. This loan would be great for us by putting us back on track and paying off a card or two.

Income per month: 6500 gross (4877 net)

Bills per month:
Mortgage: 1455
Autos: 928
Utilities: 450 (includes cable, gas, water, cell, internet, etc.)
Credit Cards: 255
Wells Fargo Loan: 40
Auto Insurance: 100
Medical Bills: 40
Groceries: 300
Gas for autos: 150
Misc/personal: 200
Real Estate taxes and insurance: 380

Total household bills per month: 4298
Total left for Prosper loan: 579

If we get this loan the Wells Fargo loan will be paid off, along with 2 credit cards which will free up another $60 per month. We want to be on the road to financial freedom and this would help us obtain that goal. I in the future will also be reinvesting in Prosper.com.
