Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am preparing to put my home up for sale soon so that I may move closer to work and shorten my one hour commute. But first, I would like to complete some repairs and cosmetic improvements (roof repair, paint and carpet, landscaping,etc) so that I can receive the maximum price possible for my home when I do list it for sale. I have just faxed my mortgage statement to Prosper, so they will hopefully correct my profile shortly to show verified home ownership. (My mortgage isn't showing on Experian) I earn an extremely stable income of approximately $60,000/yr at a large company where I have been employed for over 5 years.
