ABOUT ME:  

Hello, I am a 30 year old male, divorced with no children. I have been with my current employer for 8 ½ years and own a construction business that I operate on my days off. My business works on houses and builds new ones. Last year I employed up to 5 employees at one time. In December we finished a 1900 sq.ft. home.    

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME:  

I am asking for $10,000.00 which will allow me to pay off $5,000.00 of debt incurred during the last home I built. The owner stiffed me on my last bill. I am currently working to get the matter resolved. $3,000.00 to pay on a high interest credit card, and the rest I want to put back into Prosper.

I will have $795 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.   

 CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: 

I am currently trying to liquidate some of my assets. I have just under $500,000 in assets and am trying to liquidate $10,000 worth. Plus the $7,500 that I am owed from the last house I built. As soon as I liquidate or resolve this issue I will have the money to payback the loan in full.
