CURRENT
STATUS: I am single mother with 2 daughters in college, with high
tuition obligations and expenses. I have been with my current employer for over
5 years, but in same field for 15 years. My income is steady but recently
lost a long term low rent arrangement on my apartment which was sold to new
owners.CREDIT:
I have always maintained A+ credit until recently. I have increased
income to debt ration due to expanding my business, additional tuition (as
mentioned). Multiple revolving accounts and income to debt ratio are
primary reasons for my reduction in credit score. Both delinquencies are
inaccurate credit info in process of being eliminated from credit report, will
be off within 30 days. REASON
FOR LOAN: Primary reason is debt consolidation. I am looking for a
competitive loan to pay off and close my high interest accounts and rebuild my
