My fiance and I want to expand my family and I know there are a few things one should prepare or can control before bringing in another life into this world. But one of the things I'd like to take care of is my Credit Card Debt. Only in the last 8 months of 2006 (It's up to about $11,000) when my Fiance lost her job and we were stuck with $2100 a month lease has my credit card debt got so high. It was hell to say the least but I just got a nice promotion and raise at work including additional commission based bonuses at the end of the year (which will earn me at the very least $5000-$10,000 at the end of every year (WOO HOO!!). As another bonus I also have my car payments, Gas, insurance (both Medical and Automobile) paid for by the company. I opened my own Corporation (JOMC Enterprises) which will end up adding about an extra $500 a month in my pocket on EBAY. I moved into a nice little apartment where we no longer have to pay a $2100 a month lease & No Power Bill. This year has been great so far, I just want to get rid of that damn BLOOMINGDALES VISA (29%!!!)! TOTAL INCOME per MONTH: $4056 Expenses Loan Payments: None at the moment Mortgage/ Rent: $1300 Utilities and Gas : $90 (phone), $30 (Water) Probably will Increase by $49.95 with the addition of Cable NOTE: New Apartment has Power and Water paid for by leaser because he must maintain the apartment under his name while leasing to keep his children in a very good school within that district.
