Thank you for looking at my loan request. I invest in people on prosper, and I hope you will invest in me. I purchased this house in July in a rapidly growing neighborhood in South Charlotte, NC, for $165,000. Most of the homes in this area have been selling in the $185,000 - $210,000, and Zillow.com estimates the value at $172,000, it is located at 7204 Oswego Ct, Charlotte, NC 28226. It is fully fenced, and on a 1/2 acre in a cul-de-sac On the home appraisal, I took a few value hits, when compared to the neighborhood homes for: 1: No Garage; $19,000 2: Deck repairs needed; $1500 3: Kitchen needs updates; $5000 We are looking for some help from the prosper community to get these issues resolved. We have gotten 14 estimates for various repairs, and have price shopped for the ones that we are capable of finishing ourselves. We have $15,000 available in our own funds, and figure we need an additional $15,000, for a total of $30,000 to complete the necessary improvements. We plan to live in this home for at least another 4 years. We feel that if these improvements are made, not only will the house be worth more now, the value of the home when compared to the others in the neighborhood will rise at a much quicker rate. I am an airline captain for a regional airline serving several major carriers, and have an average annual income of $65,000+. I have a very low debt to income ratio, and would not risk my own capital or credit if I did not feel that this project would pay off in the long run. The monthly funds needed to pay for the loan will be direct deposited into a seperate account, and will be direct drafted by prosper to pay on time. If you are looking for a safe investment with a decent intrest return, invest in me, I will not let you down. |
