I am seeking capital to hire 4 more Loan Officers IN MY RAPIDLY GROWING mortgage branch. The purpose of the funds requested is to provide my new employees with the essentials: computer, phone, 300 sales leads per month. My occupation is the Branch Manager of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Milwaukee. I have been with Fairway since 8/2006 and have 2 employees working for the branch. Prior to Fairway I was a Loan Officer/ Branch Manager for 2 other companies. My expereince in the mortgage business dates back to 12/02. My current debt is as follows per a tri-merged credit report Capitol One credit card $463.00 Citi- Auto Loan $19,443 First Premier Bank $0 HSBCNV $700.00 I do have a medical collection that just reported in 1/07. I am investigating and of course will pay if a valid debt. My current salary is $4,500 since 1/07. Prior to that I paid myself only a minimal salary to get branch going.
