First the DTI is not correct. This only included my income. We have a combined income if 78000. It will go up in June by at least 10,000. I do not have a delinquency. That is a mistake and I am working on getting it taken off my report. I did not even know about it until joining prosper!   This loan with help us in three ways. One way is help my husband become enrolled in his master?s courses so that he will advance in his career of teaching that he loves so dearly. It takes a special person to teach and he is one of those and deserves a chance to further his education. It is tough these days saving for retirement, college etc. I do not want our daughter to ever worry about money for college. That is why it is so important for my husband to get enrolled in these courses. He has already missed two classes because we did not have the money for the registration. Second we have a credit card with high interest that we need to pay off. We have recently paid off over ¾ of it. We need to pay off the rest. We are a great young professional family who just wants a normal life. If you bid on us, I promise you will not be disappointed and you can know that you have helped us out in more ways then one.   Our income 78000. This will go up at least 10,000 in June then another 10,000 at the end of the year, provided my husband can get enrolled in his courses.
Our monthly debts

Our monthly income   5100-4440 bills=660. Keep in mind that the prosper loan will pay off the credit card which leaves 860.   THANKS FOR LOOKING AND YOUR BID IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
