I am in need of $1,500 that I anticipate to be re-paid within the next 6-12 months. In the last 60 days I have needed several tests to get final resolution to custs that were found on both my left and right kidneys. The tests have been completed and the results were benign (now my favorite word in the english vocabulary). During this time the stress was a proble in being able to concentrate and I used most all of my available excess funds. This $1,500 will allow me to keep and maintain the excellent credit history I have. Since I am in the lending industry (mortgage lending for over 29 years), I know the value of excellent credit and always strive to maintain my credit history. Since the testing has concluded, I am now ficused and back into the swing of selleing mortgage money. Since commissions are paid 30 to 45 days after funding, I need this temporary loan to keep everything moving forward and give me peace of mind the bills are paid. I am 57 years old, been lending money to clients for over 29 years, have always had excellent credit, a family man, married, 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I thank you for your kind consideration. |
