Helllo, my name is Kurtis. I am a 24 year old who is looking to get out of debt a bit quicker and buy my first house. I currently have about 4 jobs to aid in my effort of accomplishing that goal. I am on 4 fire departements, and my full time job I work as a cell phone salesman in a business that I hold 60% in. My hobbies include riding horses, playing hockey and working at the various fire departments and of course, my girlfriend. My current dti ration is 39% and after this loan it would remain that because I would be applying everything towards my current debt. I have 0 delinquencies and havent missed a payment once quite a few years ago and that was because of a bit of confusion on my part. I have been on time since though. I sit down and plan out my bills for the month every month now so that doesnt happen again. As I stated before I will use this money to pay off some high intrest credit cards and get out of debt quicker. My net income on a monthly basis is around $2500 and fluctuates + $500 or more depending on hours with the fire department. My credit card payments are as follows: chase bank 150 (100 being intrest) Bank of america 200 (100 being intrest) Truck payment 420 Snowmobile Loan 200 Truck Insurance 130 Totals: $1100 $1000 to $1500 to pay Prosper loan My total monthly payments would remain the same because I would be paying off the credit cards but I would be getting that debt paid down much quicker with Prosper and losing less money.
