Thank you for considering my loan!

I am a single, 24 year old business professional in need of paying off a high interest rate credit card.  I have been working full-time since 2004 after obtaining my Business Finance degree, and am now in a great position to pay off my remaining debt and start Graduate School this summer.

To give a little background on my credit rating; during college I maxed out a couple of credit cards, while attempting to start a fundraising business for non-profit organizations.  It didn't go quite the way I had once planned.  On the bright side, I've never missed a payment, and have no delinquencies on my credit report.  I will admit that I do have a high amount of debt, but I make enough money now to manage it and pay it off.

I earn just over $40,000 and also receive a year end bonus that will range between $2,000-$3,000.  After taxes I take home roughly $2,600 and have a little under $2,000 a month in expenses.  With this prosper loan, I'll be able to pay off my last high interest rate credit card and have more than enough money left over to pay my loan off efficiently and on time!  I am a very low risk applicant. Please have faith in me for I have always been able to pay my bills on time.

A quick monthly breakdown:

Rent: $600
Utilities/Cable/Internet: $125
Car/Insurance/Gas: $250
Cell Phone: $65
Food: $250

Citi Bank Card (24.99% with a $4,500 balance): $150 This is what I'll be paying off with my Prosper Loan!

Elan Card (17.99% with a $9,800 balance): $280

Wells Fargo Credit Card for my Furniture (0% for the next 4 years with a $3,500 balance): $100

Bank One-Joint with my parents (2.99% for the life of the $13,000 balance): I pay $175 and my Mother pays $175.

Total Monthly Expenses: $1,995
Total Montly Take Home Pay: $2,600

Thank you very much for your time and consideration!
