Hi!  My name is Mike and I'm 23 years old.  Don't let my age fool you though, I have a wife, a house, a college degree, a dog, a white picket fence, and a beautiful new baby daughter!  I?m a full time chef at an Ivy League university and live in the beautiful NY wine country.  Sounds like a great life huh?  Well it would be if I could get these interest rates down!

My wife and I have acquired a sizable amount of debt remodeling our dream home and trying to make it just right for our daughter.  Paying the bills is not the problem, I am NEVER late and usually pay above my minimums.  Some of my interest rates are through the roof though.  If I ever hope to get out from underneath this mess I really need to get those rates reduced.

100% of the loan I hope to get from the kind people here at prosper.com will go to pay down higher interest credit cards, effectively keeping my debt-to-income ratio the same.

Standard Monthly Expenses:

My net income is: $2950
Spouse's net income: $2080
Total monthly family Income $5030

Mortgage/Rent: $800
Phone: $115
Electricity & Water: $ 110

Heating Oil (seasonally): $450
Car Loan: $442
Food: $100 (I?m a chef I get to eat free at work!)
Insurance: $226
Cable/Internet: $72
Baby needs: $100
Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $350
Student Loans: $330
-----------------------
Total Monthly Expenses: $3095

Which, leaves about $1935 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.

So as you can see, there is very little risk in investing in me.  With your help, we can save me money, while making you money at the same time!  I?d rather see you make some money than some big time bank any day.  Thanks for your support!

-Mike
