Hi! I?m Sarah, a college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. I am currently a student pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. I am about to finish up my second semester, with a 3.33 GPA and 18 hours under my belt. That leaves me with exactly 18 more hours to graduate. I want to graduate this December, and I have scheduled my classes to make that happen. However, I commute almost 2 hours to campus, and the schedule I will have, along with the comprehensive exams I?ll face during my last semester, working full-time right now is virtually impossible.

I just got engaged in January, and my fiancee and I want to wait until I graduate to get married. I want to work for the government and teach as an adjunct professor on the side, as well as do grant work for non-profit organizations. In order to do all of this (including plan the wedding and marry), I simply MUST finish my degree soon!

I?ve maxed out my federal aid, so student loans are out of the question. I just need this loan to help carry me through this last great stretch of my educational endeavor. I want to get my life started!!

As you can see from this listing, my credit grade shows up as a ?D.? I am obsessed with checking my credit score and getting my score up, because I want to get a mortgage after I graduate as well. Therefore, I am trying to improve my credit rating, so making religious on-time payments until the full loan amortization is realized will help me to do this. This is why you can bank upon my seriousness regarding making timely payments each and every month on this loan.

My DTI of 26% is, of course, because I am a student. However, my fiancee and I live together and share the monthly bills, and he is already out of school with a full-time job.

So, here?s the breakdown of our monthly bills, with the loan included:

_______________________________

My Income: $2160.00

His Income: 2300.00

Total Monthly Income: $4460.00
_______________________________

My Car Note: 342.82

His Car Note: 270.01

My Car Insurance: 80.00

His Car Insurance: 100.00

Cable: 150.00

Electric: 120.00

Rent: 669.00

Water: 20.00

Prosper Loan: 366.22

Credit Card 1: 60.00

Credit Card 2: 75.00

TOTAL: 2253.04

The loan is for tuition, books, gas money to campus, and living expenses while I?m in school full-time so that I can get out by December 2007. Please help! I?ve been in school for over 19 years? I?m ready for marriage, a career, a house.....  life!!!
