I am re-listing at a higher rate because as I look at the market, it calls for it. This loan is for improvements to my property, including Re-sodding my lawn and adding an irrigation system, finishing a room in the basement and a few other small repairs. My household income is 66,000yr We bring home 4,500m after all health, 401k, tax and etc., are taken out. Our expenses are 1500 mortgage, fees, property tax 500 food 350 utilities 250 vehicle, vehicle insurance 500 misc I usually invest 500-1000 and we can spend 500 on entertainment type expenses. We always have expendible income and have invested money to fall back on in case of emergencies. I chose prosper for a loan rather than out of 401k or IRA because I need to improve my credit and I am making good return with my money where it is, and want to leave it there. |
