Restoring Historic Property This loan will be used to pay off a credit card that has been used to purchase items for our bar and restaurant during the start up the past 2 years. The business is growing, and the lower rate will improve our cash flow. My wife and I have regular employment besides the bar & restaurant, and we are plowing all the free cash flow back into the business. In about a year, we intend to add guest suites on the second floor that will greatly enhance the weekday trade, and better utilize the overall facility. Our credit history has been impeccable since we were married in 1974. We are trying this method rather than the local bank to see what person to person lending is all about. |
