My first listing was 83% funded when the time expired. I have paid some of the medical expense debt, but am approaching a negative cash flow situation soon. I am listing again with an updated request for a $6,000 loan. I still live and work in Miami, Florida. We are homeowners and have been late on some payments. My step-son became ill and since he had no medical insurance, I had to commit to pay over $12,500 medical expenses. Our goal now is to pay of the final $6,000 medical expense. We purchased a home three years ago and have been able to meet our expenses, although I have made some late payments. My wife is a homemaker and is very frugal and manages to stretch our household budget as far as she can. So as to not damage my credit any further I need to borrow $6,000 to get back on track. My current debts are as follows: Mortgage $464,216 8.9% Vehicle $17,246 7.8% Visa $3,456 25.9% Loan $11,164 15% Sallie Mae Student $40,000 5% Medical Expense- $6,000. Due Now Delinquencies: Vehcile Loan $1,020 Current Mortgage $3,709 Current MBNA Loan $1,110 2 months Have made payment arrangements for next 3 mos. Present Budget: Salary $6,799 Living All. $2,600 Mortgage $3,709 Vehicle $561 Visa $500 MBNA Loan $450 Household $1,450 Sallie Mae Student $175 Insurances $862 Property Tax $660 Balance- $1,032 Budget after Prosper: Salary $6,799 Living All. $2,600 Mortgage $3,709 Vehicle $561 Visa $500 MBNA Loan $450 Household $1,450 Student $175 Insurances $862 Property Tax $660 Prosper- $217 Balance- $815 Without the Proper Loan the Present Budget Balance is negative for the next 6 months (plus any interest charges and late charges from the medical suppliers). With the Prosper loan I will pay the $6,000 medical expenses and be able to meet my financial obligations without falling behind. |
