I am requesting this loan for the following reasons:
- To
take advantage of my outstanding credit to reinvest in Prosper at a
higher rate, taking advantage of the spread between AA credit and the
lower credit grades
- To understand the process that borrowers go through so that I can make more informed lending decisions in the future
A bit about myself:
- I have substantial assets in stocks (close to $1 million) which I am willing to document to Prosper
- I
am an investment banker for a major investment bank, having worked
there since May 2006. Prior to this I worked for another major
investment bank since June 2003. I was in business school prior to that.
The
1 delinquency you see on my credit summary was a company credit card
that the company I left in May 2006 was supposed to pay. I only
learned of this once Prosper checked my credit in conjunction with this
loan request. I promptly paid it in full once becoming aware of it. |
