Hello everyone and thank you for looking at my listing.

I have one Prosper loan under my belt, successfully paid off, and I'd like to continue that successful relationship. My credit grade improved significantly since my last loan. I'm now a "D" instead of an "HR", thanks in part to Prosper and my group leader, cellardoor.

I've worked as a software developer for Salem Clinic for 2.5 years now and my current yearly salary is $27,360. I have an excellent relationship with my employer and expect it to continue for many years. I bring home about $800 each paycheck and easily have room in my budget for this payment. I've intentionally left out my fiancees and consulting income, as I want this listing to stand on its own two feet.

My goals with this loan include:
Pay back friends who helped us with our final rent payment last month. We moved back in with my father recently to start saving for a house.
Purchase several computers to expand my side work as a consultant.
Put $1,000 into a high yield savings to hedge against any future problems. I realize that this will on net lose money (since I'm not paying off my higher-interest Prosper debt), but the peace of mind is worth it to me.

On my previous loan, I demonstrated to my lenders' satisfaction by volunteering my credit reports (via login to a online credit reporting service, so that the report couldn't be altered in any way) , that I have debts that are described as discharged in full on the report itself, but are still miscoded as current. That's why I had 2 current delinquencies on my Prosper credit summary, but also ZERO dollars delinquent on my Prosper summary as well -- I didn't then and don't now have any actually still-delinquent accounts. I also asked to have myself thoroughly vetted then as well, but given my group leader's current time constraints, and possibly Prosper's policies today on vetting, I have not yet "refreshed" the vet.  If I'm allowed to do so by Prosper, I'd be happy to do so, of course.

I encourage anyone deciding on contributing to this loan to contact me with any questions. I will also update my profile shortly to reflect my improved circumstances.

Thank you and happy bidding!
