About Me: I am 32 years old, married with one 9 year old daughter. I have been working for my current employer for almost 6 years and I also work part-time as mortgage loan consultant. I want to devote more time in growing my mortgage business to a full-time career and eventually invest in properties here in my area. I have spent quite a bit on marketing my services locally in my area, which is slowly but surely increasing my business. My marketing is now at a halt because of the high interest credit card debts that I have incurred since the very start of my business venture and not to mention my husband was recently laid off of his job, so life is a challenge right now. But hey if things were always good there wouldn't be any room for growth. Explanation of Imperfect Credit: I had some bumps in the road when I was in college. I have since paid all of my negative accounts. To date there are only 2 accounts listed as potentially negative on my credit report. 1-Paid/Closed Collection Account and 1-Paid judgment that has yet been reported properly. I do have proof that it is paid. I paid this account before I closed on my home in July 2006. I am still fighting to have it reported properly on my credit report which is bringing down my credit score tremendously. Nevertheless, I haven't had any late pays on any other accounts in years. What Will I Do With the Money Loaned to Me: I am going to pay off and close all of my high interest rate credit cards and use the remaining for marketing materials. Here are my Financial Details:Net Monthly Income: $ 3200.00 Mortgage include taxes/insurance: $ 826.00 Phone,Cable, Internet: $ 150.00 Electricity/Water: $ 180.00 Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $650 Food: $ 250 Debts that won't be paid with prosper loan: Student Loan (Bal 3000) 54.00 (4% Interest ) Best Buy (Bal 1259.00) 20.00(0% interest until 2008) Clothing/Misc: $ 400 Total monthly expenses: $ 2530.00 I will have $ 670 left overto go towards my prosper loan repayment and dditional marketing materials. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, just a little bit of help I can finally get rid of the high interest rate credit cards and build my business to a very lucrative level. I promise to make all payments on time and I will not let my members or lenders down. Thank you for considering my loan. |
