I'm married with one son, age 15.  I must state I'm shocked at my credit grade.  I'm also a victim of identity theft (however, I was lucky, as there is a grand jury indictment against the woman who was illegally using my information).  Unfortunately, they have not arrested the woman yet, as she has again moved.

I was also shocked at the credit ratio percentage.  The reason is,  I have 2 credit cards, DNCU Mastercard and HSBC Mastercard, which  I use all the time, however, I pay them off every month.  My JC Pennys credit card is also paid in full.

I've also learned, and it's already disputed with the fraud department of the credit bureaus, that two accounts and many inquiries are appearing again, which were earlier deleted as of fraud, thus the showing of a late account, an account which has never been mine.  I do have my previous credit reports showing where these items were previously deleted.  This will be corrected within 30-45 days pursuant to Experian.

Adittionally, I am married and my husband does carry an income higher than mine.  My husband assists in all our payments.  My income is $3,200.00 per month after taxes.  I pay the following bills:

HSBC Mastercard - Monthly amount varies, I pay it in full every month.  On average, $300.00 per month
DNCU Mastercard - Monthly amount varies, I pay it in full evyer month.  On average, $450.00 per month
DNCU Motorcycle (my child's):  $50.00 deducted from checking every two weeks.  On average, $100.00 per month
JC Penny's - in full if used
Dell Computer - $150.00 - $300.00 per month American General - $200.00 per month
Car Insurance for all vehicles:  $170.00
Approx. Out of pocket each month:  $1,520.00

My husband's income is $4,000.00 per month.  My husband pays the car payments, rental payments, and all other bills.  My spouse and I also have a savings account, which we put money into each month.

The request for the loan is to consolidate two of my debts which I pay a high interest rate on.  These accounts, balances and current payments are as follows:

American General Finance Current Balance, approximately $3,200.00  Amount I pay each month $200.00This was obtained to payoff some unexpected medical bills of my child's.

Dell Financial Services Current Balance, approximately $2,000.00  Amount I pay each month:  $150.00This was to purchase a laptop computer for my 65 year old mother in Sacramento, California

Please note, on both accounts above, I over-pay the minimum balance, as I would do with a loan from you.  My current out of pocket for the above two debts is approximately $350.00, my monthly payment for the $5,500.00 loan I'm requesting here is approximately $196.00, a savings of $154.00 per month and for it to be paid in full within 3 years, if not sooner.

I'm a very open and honest person and will be happy to answer any questions you may have and furnish proof to any items you may request.

Thank you for your thoughts and consideration.

Blessings,
Lisa
