Credit Issues:

I do not have delinquencies on my credit. I have had a few problems before but I have taken care of all my credit issues.

My credit has been checked a lot in the past 6 months because I was buying some houses. I own three houses now: one in Chicago, one in Virginia and the third in Florida. Of these 3 houses, 2 are for rent.

Repayment Ability

I work full time as a registered nurse making a decent income which will be used to pay back this loan in a timely manner. In addition, I am renting out 2 of my houses and part of the income from this will be used to pay back the Prosper loan. I will be able to pay this loan before the 3 years I am given to pay it.

Total Expenses & Debt = $6250

Total Cash Flow = $ 1000

As you can see I am a good credit risk and this loan will improve my monthly cash flow and overall financial situation. While I have had some credit issues in the past I am well on my way to correcting them. Thank you for your time and consideration.
