P2P Lending Resources
Here are some other great resources for those interested in peer-to-peer lending.
Fantasy Prosper is another website of mine. In a nutshell, it is a Prosper.com simulator. You can bid on real Prosper listings with fake money and track your portfolio's performance over time. A great resource for new lenders looking to try out peer-to-peer lending without actually committing any real money to it.
LendingClubStats.com is yet another website of mine devoted to following Lending Club. It's still a fairly new site, but I hope to grow it over time to provide the same level of information for Lending Club lenders as I do for Prosper lenders here.
Another great site that I visit regularly. Has an excellent wiki with some great information in it along with a very active p2p lending forum, IRC chat and hosts several blogs by Prosper lenders as well.
A great tool for analyzing Prosper loan performance right on Prosper's website. If you haven't used this tool yet, you really should check it out.
P2P Lending Blogs
There are a ton of peer-to-peer lending blogs out there. Here are some of the more established ones that I follow on a regular basis.
The official Prosper.com blog. Need I say more?
RateLadder was one of the first Prosper related blogs out there, and is still one of the most active.
LoanChimp is a long-time Prosper lender and was also a presenter at Prosper Days 2008. He knows the ins and outs of Prosper lending as well as anyone and has a great easy-going style that anyone can follow.
Wiseclerk has been following the p2p lending space practically since it began. His site is especially interesting since it covers many international p2p lending outfits other than just Lending Club and Prosper.
Another site run by RateLadder. This one doesn't really have any original content, but it's great to follow since it is basicly an aggregate of over a dozen smaller peer-to-peer lending blogs.
