The only information I have verified is that he does own his home and that the taxes are current and paid in full. I will fund this loan with 100% of my own funds as soon as my transfer is complete. I would encourage anyone that would like to earn a solid return on their investment to bid as well. I have also removed all group fees for this listing to ensure the lenders earn the highest rate possible in our state with regards to the interest cap.

The official discharge is waiting for paperwork in the court to be signed by the judge. Lease agreements and utility bills were provided. This is a great opportunity for Catsrus to begin a FRESH start out of bankruptcy with a Prosper loan. After this loan is created and payments being made, Catsrus will be able to continue the rebuilding of his credit.

They are responsible individuals and are looking for a loan to assist them with increased marketing for their business. I advised them to input their income as $0.00 because of the verification process for BFS was so difficult and time consuming for my brother. I will be bidding as money comes in and as always, I will fund this loan 100% regardless of bidding activity.
