| miamikid22 is 1 of my best friends. I've worked w/him & know him personally. As a lender (450+ loans) w/Prosper I can tell other lenders this loan will be repaid. My belief is the HR rating is attributable to inquiries (2 mortgage brokers who each ran several times) & the utilization related to his HELOC.
